How do I know that I have placed an order successfully?
When you successfully place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email, which contains your order number and order information.
How do I check the status of my order?
If your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number and URL for tracking logistics ,so you can check the status of your order. If you have any questions, please contact us, we will be here forever.
How to cancel an order that has been placed?
Your order can be cancelled before it is shipped. Note: Because the order cannot be cancelled directly by the buyer, if you want to cancel the order, please contact our customer service to cancel the order. If the goods have been shipped before receiving your cancellation information, please contact customer service for refund and return after receiving the goods, but the postage of the returned goods shall be borne by yourself.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-14 days from the time of order cancellation.

What payment methods can I use with my order?
Currently, we provide two types of payment: PayPal and Credit Card.
When will I be charged?
As soon as an order is completed, a payment authorization will be automatically made to verify the validity of a card and any available funds. However, the order amount will not be debited at this stage; any amounts will be debited when the item(s) is shipped, and email confirmation of this shipment will be sent to you.
In some cases, taxes may be recalculated at the time of shipment and totals may be different than what is reflected on your order confirmation. In the event that you have chosen to pay for your item(s), via PayPal, the total amount will be debited from your account when your order has been shipped.

How fast is your shopping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of purchase from our warehouse. Once your order is shipped,you will receive an email that includes your tracking number and we estimate you will receive your order within 7-17 bussiness days of its ship date.

Returns and Refunds

How long does a refund take to process?
After receiving your return, it will be thoroughly checked in accordance with our return policy. Please allow us to process your request within 2 working days. Once accepted, you will receive an email confirmation confirming the return and refund.
The time required for the refund to be issued to your bank account, PayPal account or credit card varies. Generally it is 3-5 working days.
Do you offer free shipping on returns?
The postage required for the return of the goods resulting from the customer's return request shall be borne by the customer, and we do not provide the return postage.
